im running this in a server, everyone else dont have a problem, but this guy can't join.
I even added XL packets , he still can't get in.

There's your issue. Got to be one of your add-ons.

I also recommend replacing Krypton and XL Packets with PacketFixer. PacketFixer is required on both the client and server.
