Issue description
Setting your spawnpoint using the spawnpoint command doesn't work when using the Nether Inhabitant power. This presumably extends to any power that uses the modify_player_spawn type.

Steps to reproduce
Create a new world
Choose Blazeborn origin
Move away from spawnpoint
Use spawnpoint command to set spawnpoint
Use kill command

Additional information
Setting your spawnpoint with a bed or respawn anchor still works as expected.
