Immersive Portals and AutoModpack Causing Machine Animations to Disappear

Issue description

Installing either mods cause animations to disappear when used alongside Oritech. RF amount and progress status on machines are visually stuck at 0.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Include either Immersive Portals or AutoModpack along with Oritech
  2. Animations are broken (generators, workbench, centrifuge, etc.)

This is an issue with immersive portals, and an issue has been raised on their side already: iPortalTeam/ImmersivePortalsMod#1646
