I want a way to automate crafting recipies in the assembler, if i make an order with pattern provider, the items don't go in the right places.

You should set the assembler to fill-evenly mode (top-right in the UI), and make sure you put the items into different slots in the pattern (and in the correct order). See this video here for an example: https://youtu.be/LdV1vvmLpAQ?si=BpX2eZ3DGAcTGjuZ&t=1007
