Issue description

In Mod Ver 0.13.2, the REI crafting screen correctly displays the processing method for relevant recipes on other machines, but not for the Particle Accelerator. I believe this is because it is set to [emi.category.oritech.particle_collision] instead of something like [rei.process.oritech:grinder], making it configured for EMI instead of REI.
