Centrifuge keeps fluid add-on after breaking add-on and turbofuel isues

Issue description

Title basically explains it. Not sure if it's a bug or intended? I also can't figure out how to fill my exo jetpack with turbofuel.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Set up centrifuge to pump from water or oil
  2. add fluid add-on
  3. remove add-on
  4. tank remains full and usable in centrifuge

forgot to add "until broken" on step 4

This is intended. This is to avoid players loosing all the content of a centrifuge when moving the addon to a different spot. To remove the fluids, break the centrifuge block and place it again.
Use an equipment charger to fill the jetpack with turbofuel.
