Yes, this may be one of the very few chances anyone will get to see me backport features. However, note this that I am only doing it because 1.12.2 is still a popular version to mod on, and is therefore acceptable to this condition.

In this version, I will be adding the Clay Nifty blocks to 1.12.2, as well as any new feature to be added into Nifty 1.13.2, including Hay Bale Nifty blocks and Dirt Nifty blocks.
