[1.16.5] Upgrading Grass and Path Golems deletes leads

When converting a Dirt Golem to Grass, or a Grass Golem to Grass Path, it will delete any leads attached to the Golem.

This may likely be due to the Golems being completely different entities, so the leads don't stay connected in that transformation.
