Steps to reproduce
-Give yourself more hearts than vanilla
-Equip armor

I also used LevelZ to apply more hearts.
It can be fixed through ImmediatelyFast's config by disabling "hud_batching"
But I've tried the mod Health Overlay (Fabric) which does about the same with hearts and it works fine with ImmediatelyFast.
