As you can already tell by the title, make the UI's (armor, heart, armor toughness) display like in DetailedHp (a config option most preferably), the mod is very outdated, I have asked the author and he said he won't be updating it anymore, but he wouldnt mind if someone ported it (mod link: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/detailedhp )

Another reason is that when the player gains over 100 hearts, the counter just resets, for example: If the player has 90 hearts it will display a 9 on the side, but if the player has 110 hearts (or more) it will just reset and show a 1, which is annoying because there are modpacks where the players can get far more than 100hearts
