There are multiple mods that remove the vanilla saturation cap of 20, none of them have a clean way to show it like how overflowing bars handles health and armor. It would be nice if overflowing bars could have a row count next to the hunger bar and appleskin would show the remainder of saturation, but idk if that would be feasible.
