In the mod "Farmers Delight" (a mod that adds foodstuffs and some semi-realistic food-making), 2 status effects are added called Nourishment and Comforting.
The issue in this report is with the Comforting effect and only appears when the user has this buff applied.
The issue here is not wtih the effect itself, but with the special hotbar render effect that occurs when the player has it.
While you have the effect, a gleam spans across the player's hearts. Because this mod alters how heath is rendered, this gleam overlay is, for whatever reason, shifted downward and out of proper alignment.
(circled the special element due to it being obstructed by the XP bar)
upon trying to get this visual reference and trying something, ive discovered another detail:
It appears that this element effect overlay is pushed even further down proportional to the heart layer you are on (ie, the render moves down for every 20 HP rendered by the colored hearts.
Just so you are aware I've seen this issue with another mod at one point so for all I know this may be more an issue on Farmers Delight's side, so just in case ill make a report on their end as well.
EDIT: this issue may also persist on Forge and on other versions this mod may exist on; to what extent I am unsure, it would depend on how similar the code is between all versions that handle the HP elements I suppose
