Piping in items in full instant furnace causes crash

Minecraft Version: 1.16.5

Overloaded Version: 0.0.92

How to reproduce:

  • Install forge, overloaded, an item mode, e.g. pipez (tested with 1.2.7)
  • Place instant furnace, pipe in items from chest using an item pipe from pipez on the top side
  • Wait for output to fill up in the furnace
  • Wait for input to fill up in the furnace. The moment it is 100% full it will crash.
  • This is also reproducible with other pipes, I tried mekanism logistical transporter and the same crash happened
    The server will crash until the pipe is removed so no more item inserts will be attempted.
