Automatic weapon switching based on mob distance

Giving the skeletons to switch weaponry based on enemy mob distance, such as using bows if the mob is far away, while if in melee distance, the skeleton switches to sword. This suggestion is already present in clonecraft, but that mod is no longer updated and is only for 1.7.10.
