An item could be added to call skeletons into formations or give a new purpose for the rallying horn and have them march with you. I don't know if this is possible but it could bring lots of organization to your own skeleton army and even though the rallying horn is nice it's really kinda messy.

for example, in multiplayer you could form your army into formation and march on an enemy slowly with all skeletons in perfect formation and battle in a way more organized manner.
