Creepers killed by Overlord Skeletons drop Music Discs

When an owned skeleton kills a creeper, it drops a music disc. While this mechanic is fine for vanilla skeletons and creepers, I don't think this should happen between owned skeletons and creepers. It completely throws any rarity of music discs out of the window.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Create owned Skeleton.
  2. Spawn Creeper (vanilla or modded; I've been using the "Creeper Overhaul" Mod)
  3. Let Skeleton kill Creeper
