Description

Zombies, when properly brainwashed, become passive members of the army. Rather than acting as foot soldiers their main purpose should be as manual laborers - mining, woodcutting, hauling, etc. Nothing that requires super fine motor control.
However, we don't want them completely passive. Maybe they have certain criteria that can cause them to mindlessly swarm, like if a living creature nearby takes damage they join in attacking it, friend or foe.
