[1.15.2] Changing the movementFactor value will result in broken spawns and portals

Describe the bug
The movementFactor should work like the nether portal movement factor. But it does not work when teleporting to the overworld mirror dimension. You spawn at the same cords as in the overworld but the portal is generated somewhere else. In the other direction its kind of the same but you spawn at the right coords but with no portal.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Change the movementFactor in the config to something else than 1

Expected behavior
It should behave like the nether movementFactor.
