Basically I use the world generation and tried exploring.
Other modded structures do spawn naturally however after exploring for quite a while, I realized that the dragons' small area with their gold don't spawn as well as the Medusa temple.

But the mobs still kanna of spawn naturally as I found the Cyclops spawning naturally.
