Because my English is not good, I use a translator to ask questions.I cloned a 1.21 repository and ran TestMod Client on my IDEA. The test_recipe recipe in data/uwu/recipes was not registered. If I change the path to data/uwu/recipe, the recipe is registered normally, but it does not return sand and 64 sticks as expected.
