Unable to Block /owo-config Command with FTB Ranks & Player Roles - LootBalls / OwoLib

Hello,
I have encountered an issue with OwoLib. The command /owo-config allows all players, including those in the default group (everyone), to modify the mod's configuration, creating a potential security risk for public servers.
I have attempted to block this command using:
✔ FTB Ranks (ftb-ranks-fabric-2001.1.3.jar)
✔ Player Roles (player-roles-1.6.6.jar)
➡ Issue: Despite these restrictions, players can still execute /owo-config and modify the mod settings.
📌 Steps to Reproduce the Bug:
- Install LootBalls and OwoLib on a Fabric server.
- Add a non-op player to the default group (everyone).
- Attempt to block /owo-config using FTB Ranks or Player Roles (roles.json).
- Test if the player can still run /owo-config and modify settings.
📌 Expected Behavior:
- The /owo-config command should not be accessible to non-admin players.
- FTB Ranks and Player Roles should properly block the command and prevent unauthorized use.
📌 Environment Details:
- LootBalls Version: 1.1.4
- OwoLib Version: 0.11.2+1.20
- FTB Ranks Version: 2001.1.3
- Player Roles Version: 1.6.6
📌 Additional Information:
- Other server commands are correctly blocked by FTB Ranks and Player Roles, indicating that this issue is specific to LootBalls / OwoLib.
- There is no configuration option in the mod files to disable this command manually.
🔹 Please investigate this issue and provide a fix to ensure /owo-config is properly restricted.
