Crash on one pc but works on others.

I am running a custom modpack. It only seems to crash on one PC, but runs on 5 other PCs just fine. I think it's related to owo-lib based on the crash logs, but I am not sure. The crash happens on launch. I've tried changing RAM settings, Using Java 21, and removing mods such as Lighty, Immersive UI, Iris, and Seamless Loading Screen.
I can say that given that type of crash I implore you to ensure that the mod sets on all the pack installations are identical - this looks a lot like someone is either using an additional mod / missing a mod required to make the pack work
