Id like to ask for the ability to make backpacks' inventory be something else less than 9*x

I would like to be able to config the leather backpack to have something like 5*1 inventory spaces, the iron to have 5*2, gold to have 9*2, diamond to have 9*3 and obsidian to have 9*4

I might add this ability, although I have other features for Packed Up and other mods I want to finish first so it might be while.

I added the ability to choose both, the number of rows and columns, through the config now in version 1.0.23.
