usually nested backpacks inhert the problem of massive nbt spam and possible server lag or crashes. is your mod safe from that?

The inventory associated with a backpack is not stored on the item, but instead in a separate system. This is similar to for example an ender chest.
The nbt on the backpack itself is just its name and a number to identify its inventory.
