crash-2020-05-05_13.47.30-server.txt

Yes, the server is still crashing. I tried lastest forge version (forge-1.15.2-31.1.74.jar) and lastest mod version (packedup-1.0.11-mc1.15.jar) but this problem is still presist. Server GUI opens for a split second and then crashes.

It works just fine when I create a forge server with the mod.
What language settings for Windows are you using?
It seems to interpret the 'i' in 'basicbackpack' incorrectly, but I really have no clue why this would happen.

Can you see if the issue persists with the latest version 1.0.11, because a server crash got fixed in that version?

I am using "Turkish" Language for windows. And there are some aditional letters in turkish that not exist in english alphabet like "ı" and "İ" for example. "I" is uppercase version of "ı" and "i" is lowercase version of "İ" ("I" and "i" are different letters). I am also having similar problems from some other mods. But i still have no idea why this is happening.

I think I know what the problem is.
The Java string class has a function toLowerCase which uses the system language. Since your using Turkish it converts the 'i' to a letter not in the english a-z and thus forge doesn't allow for the letter and crashes.
I think not only Minecraft mods, but also lots of other Java programs will have similar issues.

Could you see if version 1.0.12 fixes it?

Yes, now it works properly. Thanks! :)

I'm glad that's fixed. That could have been a real pain. 😁
