In PackingTape-1.9.4-0.5.1 the block name is showing tile.packingtape.packagedBlock.name .
change this:
tile.packingtape.packedBlock.name=Packaged Block
to this:
tile.packingtape.packagedBlock.name=Packaged Block
to fix it.
