Cant craft redstone block back into dust

I added this mod to ATM10 pack and it removes redstone block to redstone dust recipe for some reason. Can you fix this?

the logs dont say anything specifc... no idea why it happens

hmmm no idea why that might be happening. Probably a conflict with another mod. Can you provide me with a log?

One file contains pagan while other one does not, so you could compare them.
