Incompatible with TxniLib (Possibly)

Bug Description
Game crashes during neoforge preload.
Reproduction Steps
Install TxniLib and PFM together.
I've tested with just those two mods, on the latest version of NeoForge at date, aswell as in my modpack.
It's also been reported to their issue tracker: txnimc/TxniLib#6
