Hopper doesn't take empty bottle out of freezers

Bug Description
When you freeze a bottle of water into a snowball with the freezer, a hopper is unable to take the newly empty bottle out of the freezer. This behavior is inconsistent with freezing water buckets, where a hopper is able to take the empty bucket out of the freezer.
Reproduction Steps
Place a hopper under a freezer, and fuel the freezer. Place a water bottle inside the freezer. When the water bottle finishes freezing, only the snowball will end up in the hopper under the freezer.
