pamhc2trees:pamavocado (which mc name seems wrong with "Apple Fruit"), gets generated from growing avocado saplings and produces apples instead of avocado. Because of this I don't think there is a current way to obtain avocados using phc2trees.

I can also confirm this. For somereason the "fruit" is considered to be an apple fruit with the icon of the avocado fruit. (the item you get when you use a shear on it to get the fruit to plant elsewhere)

If you grow an avocado sappling, the fruits do show to be called avocados and can be harvested when grown. just you can't move them at all.

Even in JEI the avocado fruit is labeled as "apple fruit" then when you place said fruit, it auto changes into the actual apple fruit.

So i'm guessing somewhere in the file something is mistyped?
