When you right click certain crops (like celery) the bonemeal does not get used, meaning you can infinitely use the bonemeal, which is kind of game-breaking. (using version 1.12.zb forge 1.12.2 - 14.23.5.2768)

If you have Serene Seasons and Hunger Overhaul, that is likely the cause.
Currently there's a bug in HO where using Bonemeal on a crop that's out-of-season won't use the bonemeal, but will grow the crop.
