Right click to harvest resets to true after setting to false?

This issue is so frustrating for me! The only place where enableRightClickHarvesting and modifyCropDropsRightClick are set to true is in default.cfg.bak which should be unreadable right? during launch it somehow resets them both to true and i have nooo idea why! please someone help ;cries;
