Add compatibility with TiC kama to be able to harvest fruit and nut trees when right click harvesting is false

When you harvest a fruit/nut tree with a kama, you get the plant item instead of the actual fruit or nut. Right clicking doesn't do anything.
The kama works with all crops but not your type of crops. I'm not sure if this needs to be implemented by Tinker's or the other way around. I will make an issue there as well about this.
