[NeoForge 1.21.4] Library tries to call a class that no longer exists

Hello!
As the title says, the mod is trying to call the class "AddReloadListenerEvent" which I think was removed/replaced by NeoForge.
Minecraft version: 1.21.4
NeoForge version: 21.4.99-beta
Mod version: pandalib-neoforge-mc1.21.4-0.5.2-SNAPSHOT.jar

As you can tell from the crash report, CarryOn has the same issue, but someone else already opened an issue on that mod's tracker.
