Bug: Boreal wisteria saplings and leaves don't seem to drop

What happened?
I've broken probably 100 boreal wisteria leaves and no saplings or leaves have dropped. Upon inspection of the loot table folder in the source code, there doesn't seem to be a file for boreal_wisteria_sapling, but there is a file for potted_boreal_wisteria_sapling. I tried Silk Touch and using Shears - only boreal_wisteria_hangers drop. Is this intentional?
