What happened?

Aechor plants tend to spawn in tall grass

To replicate:

1. First, enter Paradise
2. Next, look around for aechor plants
3. Finally, see that some spawn in grass or tall grass

This makes it difficult to kill these enemies, which is pretty unfair considering they're super strong.
