When me or my friends try to trade with the statues, The items seem to not show. It only shows the arrows. I tested things and found it to be a conflict with Inventory profiles next, a mod that lets you sort items in your inventory and chests.

Contacted support for Inventory profiles next and heres more info
There might be an interference with it being the villager trading GUI :> here's screenshots too
