Deku Leaf can not be disabled with Towers of the Wild

Should Towers of the Wild be enabled, the Deku Leaf is always added to its loot table, regardless of any config options chosen.

The mod doesn't have the option to toggle off Towers of the Wild compat feature for now. I guess I should make it.
