Keybindings not registered in config menu

Summary
I cannot change the keys for the mod actions, key binds are not registered in config menu (nor the option.txt file)
Running Environment

  • Minecraft Version: 1.20.1
  • ParCool Version: ParCool-1.21-3.3.0.0-NF-A
  • Forge Version (optional): neoforge-21.1.57
