Conflic with Electrodynamics insulated wires. Having ParCool! installed causes extremely high tps when near or in contact with them.

Summary
Having ParCool! installed causes massive increases in tps and decreases in fps when touching or near insulated wires from the electrodynamics mod.
Running Environment
- Minecraft Version: 1.20.1
- ParCool Version: 1.20.1.3.3.0.1-R
- Forge Version (optional): 47.3.10
Detail
Electrodynamics version: 1.20.1.0.9.1-0
Place down any regular insulated wire from the mod in a grid going upwards to form a wall (not the thick, ceramic or uninsulated wires). When standing next to the wires with parcool enabled you'll now see your performance tank regardless of if you're trying to climb or not.
