Climb Up doesn't consume stamina and cling to cliff erratically consumes stamina while not standing in a block

Detail
First of all, thank you for an amazing movement mod and making it even better with the new paraglider integration! , i just noticed two bugs while testing the new interaction between the two, climbing up does not consume stamina correctly, changing or not the setting in the player states is the same, and while clinging into a cliff, when not standing into a block, the stamina begins to consume erratically
