[suggestion] loyality enchantment for spear and dagger

I thought about it, but to be honest, I'm not super interested in this, partly because i feel like the trident should have several unique enchantments. However, I have an idea for the dagger that would accomplish teh same thing in a slightly different way. No eta on that though.
