[Compatability] Water splashes cannot generate on TFC's water

While using both TFC and Particular, the water splashes generate on minecraft:water, but if you try to do the same with TFC's water (to be specific, tfc:salt_water , tfc:spring_water , tfc:river_water ), they do not appear.
