So, I was experimenting with Silent Gear. Silent Gear has repair kits and stuff, and it seems that if I try to repair Silent Gear equipment with the repair kit, it repairs the same amount of durability/uses the same amount of materials regardless of whether I have the skills that buff repair efficiency.

I wasn't sure whether to put this issue here or on the Silent Gear repo. Lmk if I should create something over there.
