I assume it would be pretty convenient if Patchouli did allow to automatically generate creative version of it's books. The idea behing it is that creative books should have all entries and categories accessible at all times, regardless of the state of advancement locks in their non-creative counterparts. They also should not have any of their entries marked as unread, and viewing any entries will not mark them as read in normal version of the book (which would be especially useful while issues outlined in #289 persist).

Just as with normal book versions, it should be allowed to either enable the Patchouli itself to generate an item that will be a creative book, or specify custom item that is supposed to serve as one. Or neither, if someone really does not want it for whatever reason.
