[1.15.2] Crash shortly after starting new world

I tried to build a custom 1.15 pack in the Twitch launcher including an assortment of mods, and shortly after starting a new world I receive the following error:

That deleted the pack in CurseForge and tried again, installed only Patchouli and a single mod using a Patchouli book, same thing happens. Tried again with a different mod using a Patchouli book and likewise. Seems to occur with any combination of Patchouli and a mod using a Patchouli book.
Playing on OS X if it matters.
