Issue description

It seems that books don't get reloaded when the lang changes. Translation keys are correctly re-translated, but the contents of the book are not reloaded. This happened to me when testing the various translations for MI's guidebook in dev, it might be different in prod.

It's certainly nice that the book can be reloaded without a full resource reload, but maybe it should reload itself automatically after a resource reload?
