Issue description

I both looked around on the mod website and played with different styles of rewriting the formatting code but there's no underline feature. The website says that $(n) should be able to be used to underline text but it just doesn't do that? The other formatting codes work, just not the one for underlining.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open test patchouli book
2. Write a word with the formatting code $(n)
3. ???
4. not profit, that's for sure

Other information

I was trying to write a guide. I imagine that the 1.16.5 version isn't being updated anymore but if this could be fixed it'd help me a lot in making my guidebook for my server more in-character. Thank you for your time
