[Suggestion] Plain text viewer

Describe the feature
Patchi's text render can be very hard to read depending of the size of the scree, the amount of text and the size of the GUI, which is understandable with all the variables in play.
So I suggest to have a sort of plain text viewer, it would work as follow:
Player holds a key, let's say space and a simple black screen gui appears in front of the book with just the text of the entry, rendered on plain vanilla font (or the font the game is using at the time), and a scroll bar if there's too much text, nothing else.
This will be useful even if the book renders the font correctly, for the text viewer would have a bigger font and would help to have a better reading for those who just need a bigger font.

Have a similar problem w/ patchouli and MC's stock font. at the large GUI size the book itself is an ideal size, but the text is so proportionally large that its slightly straining on my eyes to read. I'd honestly almost prefer if there was a way to resize text independently of the GUI size, as an additional setting alongside variable GUI size.
