LecternEventHandler probably needs some general permission checks on the block before taking action, beyond just adventure mode.

n.b. you can place vanilla books onto lecterns in adventure mode too, it doesn't check. You can't take them back out, but only because the vanilla screen doesn't have a "Take Book" button
